The guided tour of the estate lasts 1h30 and the guided tasting about 30 minutes. So plan at least two hours on site for your visit.
After the tour of the Estate, you will taste:
- Caviar butter
- Sturgeon rillettes
- Baeri caviar
- Glass of sparkling wine
Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts. Please note: The tour starts on time and no latecomers will be accepted.
In case of extreme heat, bring a cap or hat and a bottle of water.
In case of rain, we recommend waterproof clothing, such as k-ways, rain boots and an umbrella.

GO BEHIND THE SCENES OF OUR STURGEON FARM AND DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF CAVIAR PRODUCTION! In the heart of this peaceful landscape of river, stones and trees, the guide will accompany you along the ponds. He will explain the history and life of our sturgeons before concluding with a tasting of caviar and other products made on the estate. Several tour options are available: Discovery, Initiation, Masterclass. Discover them one by one and choose the one that suits you best!
